VIZSAFE PRIVACY POLICY

What We Collect
As set forth in more detail below, Vizsafe, Inc. (“Vizsafe”, “We” or “Vizsafe.com”) collects personal information that you provide when using the Vizsafe.com web sites and Geoaware® mobile apps (“Site” or "App"). This information may include your first and last name, email address and a password when you create your Site account. You can browse this Site without creating an account, but you will need to create an account when you use or access the Site services. We may ask you to confirm your personal information when you contact our Customer Service department. This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity. The Vizsafe App requires background location permission for incident reporting and mapping. The Vizsafe App uses the phone's GPS to determine report locations when the app is open or running in the background.

My Account Information
We collect personal information from customers who wish to use any of the Vizsafe services. Also be aware that these services can accept photos and video feeds from your camera with your permission.

Cookies and Other Computer Information
As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, the Site uses cookies to store and track information. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you when you visit the site. All sections of the Site where you are prompted to log in or that are customizable require your browser to accept cookies. What You Receive From Us
The only email messages you will receive from Vizsafe when you elect not to receive marketing emails will be to respond to your Customer Service inquiries and to answer any other questions you may have about our site. In addition, we may also need to send operational emails to inform you of any changes to our site that might affect your personal information, or to announce product fixes, patches or upgrades. We realize that doing business at Vizsafe or any other web site, requires trust on your part.
