Business Development Representatives


We need your help to address our substantial national and international pipeline, growing existing opportunities and getting new prospects interested in learning more. You’ll be on the front line of the sales process and generating interest among those responsible for enterprise level safety, security and facility management. You will champion Vizsafe’s strategic direction and vision, as well as promote and advocate new product direction on behalf of your customers.

The successful candidate will be adept at ensuring customer adoption and will have outstanding relationship building skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a SaaS based sales position or selling into senior levels of organizations
  • Proven ability to aggressive prospecting activity levels
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota (on activities such as campaigns responses, calls, meetings but also qualified opportunities)
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools
  • Knowledge of CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Strong capacity to articulate industry-specific value proposition to address common vertical pain points
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sales Engineers


Working with the Enterprise Sales organization, you will use your technical expertise and business acumen to ensure our high-value customers are able to leverage the Vizsafe platform. You will champion Vizsafe’s strategic direction and vision, as well as promote and advocate new product direction on behalf of your customers.

The successful candidate will be adept at ensuring customer adoption and will have outstanding relationship building skills. S/he will have experience solving technical problems in real-time, and will be a trusted advisor and solution architect.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a pre-sales capacity

  • Oversee the adoption, optimization, and integration of Vizsafe’s products within customers’ infrastructure

  • Work closely with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through the upsell of new services and contract renewals

  • Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Vizsafe product management and engineering groups

  • Assist the Customer Success team with the post-sales technical process: installation, deployment, training, technical check-ups, and escalation management

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating support responses

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years + of pre-sales experience with the high tech industry

  • Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation

  • Specific experience in web, mobile and SaaS platforms & architectures

  • Clear understanding of network & system management solutions

  • Software development experience a plus

  • Superior organizational and project management skills

  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills

Cloud Systems & Network Engineers


The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain an ever changing complex architecture of network security systems and devices across multiple environments. You will also be responsible for utilizing established scripting skills to create, and maintain, automation tools to simplify and expedite the ongoing management of these systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Constantly improve the performance and reliability of our hosting platforms

  • Maintain and enhance cloud management and monitoring tools

  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues with minimal disruption to other business functions.

  • Support incident response and problem management by providing containment actions and incident analysis as it relates to network security systems and technologies.

  • Interact with industry experts, partners, internal staff and auditors

  • Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team

  • Occasional travel is required (domestic and international)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science or related industry (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in large scale environment

  • Deep working knowledge of web, database and OS server configuration (Linux, Apache and MongoDB preferred platforms)

  • Experience in monitoring tools, scripting and Internet security

  • Knowledgeable of industry standard best practices in regard to security

  • Strong understanding in at least one leading cloud provider (preferably managing systems and networks in an AWS environment)

  • Working knowledge of modern routing protocols

  • Strong distributed systems and architecture knowledge

  • Experience in a fast-paced, self driven, fun, 24/7 environment

  • Security certifications and/or equivalent work experience

  • Solid communication and collaboration skills
